Terres CHECK-IN International Hospitality Film Awards: Celebrating the Best in Hospitality and Travel Communication
by CIFFT on 19 May 2023

Terres CHECK-IN International Hospitality Film Awards is a joint initiative by Terres Landscape and Travel Communication and the Catalan foundations CETT, Climent Guitart, and Jordi Comas Matamala.

The proposal for the Terres CHECK-IN International Hospitality Film Awards festival arises from the desire to create a community and connect the various actors in the international hotel industry, generating a space for knowledge, exchange, and communication of trends that can be applied to the sector to enhance the experience at a time when audiovisual marketing actions have reached a point of great maturity in our industry.

Terres CHECK-IN aims to be the global reference in the audiovisual sector and showcase the audiovisual marketing trends of organizations in the tourism, hotel, and gastronomy industries.

The Terres CHECK-IN International Hospitality Film Awards has an itinerant format among the venues of the three collaborating foundations. Specifically, the 2023 edition will take place on September 13th in Lloret de Mar (Girona), hosted by the Climent Guitart Foundation.

This second edition of Terres CHECK-IN will combine an awards ceremony and professional recognition with an educational and professional aspect, under the umbrella of Terres LAB.

The main distinctive element of Terres CHECK-IN is its competition, focused on promotional films for Tourism Services. The film submission deadline is May 31st, and the legal terms of the competition can be found on the festival's website.
