Tourism takes the spotlight at the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards 2024

Cannes, France – September 27th, 2024. The 15th edition of the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards, held on September 25th and 26th, celebrated the best corporate productions in Cannes. A highlight of the event was the Tourism Film categories, where tourism videos and campaigns were honored with the prestigious Gold and Silver Dolphins.

In the Tourism Destination City category, "La esencia que permanece" (Spain) took home the prestigious Gold Dolphin. The Silver Dolphins were awarded to "A Love Letter From Jacksonville" (USA), "Explore More of Kelowna in All Seasons" (Canada), and "Wroclaw: City of Adventure" (Poland).

In the category Tourism Destination Region, "AEON—French Alps are Forever" (France) and "Make Your Own Movie" (Croatia) each won Gold Dolphins. Silver Dolphins were awarded to "Alps at their very best" (Austria) and "Amplify: Louisiana" (USA).

In the Tourism Destination Country category, Switzerland triumphed with "Switzerland Tourism. Autumn for our senses" and "The Perfect Shot," both earning Gold Dolphins. The Silver Dolphins were awarded to "Made in Singapore" (Singapore) and "The Danish Zen" (Denmark).

The Tourism Products category celebrated Austria’s storytelling with "Chat SkiPT" and "CULTURE IT’S ALL OF US! Loud. Authentic. Connecting." each receiving Gold Dolphins. "From Garden to Heaven #tasteslovenia" (Slovenia) and "Skypainter" (Canada) earned Silver Dolphins.

In the Tourism Services category, "Azal Safety Video" (Azerbaijan) won the Gold Dolphin. The productions "AUSTRIAN FLAIR. IN THE AIR." (Austria) and “NURI 'The fisherman's daughter'" (Portugal) received Silver Dolphins. Finalist Certificates were also assigned in each category.

The Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards continue to set a high standard for excellence in corporate filmmaking. This year’s event featured entries from over 40 countries and assigned 217 awards, including trophies and finalist certificates.

As a member of the International Committee of Tourism Film Festivals (CIFFT), the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards highlight the vital role of corporate communication in the tourism sector. The winners of the Tourism Film categories will be featured in the CIFFT Rankings, a list that will define the World’s Best Tourism Films of the Year.

The event brought together industry professionals for an unforgettable celebration in Cannes. The program included a Welcome Evening at Marea @Canopy by Hilton, a Media Library and Lecture Series at the JW Marriott, and an elegant Awards Gala Dinner at Annex Beach Cannes, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Côte d'Azur.
