CKS Memorial Hall was built in 1980, during Taiwan’s period of authoritarian rule and martial law. To implement national transitional justice, we redefine CKS Memorial Hall by establishing a new image with affinity. Focusing on the greenery and the smiles of the residents, we reintroduce this historic landmark to all Taiwan residents that CKS Memorial Hall has transformed into an art museum and an urban oasis.
