Synopsis
The video – “Bielsko-Biała – a city always for people” – confronts historical image of the city with its present attractions. In the video one can notice how well the city connects its old character with modernity – the past is intertwined with the present, which is reflected in the nice dialog between the grandfather and his granddaughter.
Film shows the memories of a senior citizen of Bielsko-Biała, who tells his granddaughter stories about all he liked in the city in his youth. As we confront it visually with the city experienced by his young granddaughter, we can notice how much the city has changed, but also how much of the historical spirit is still in there.

Goals of the film
The goal of the film is to show the city of Bielsko-Biała as a universal destination for different kinds of travellers – those who like urban tourism – sightseeing, places of rich culture, tradition, beautiful old architecture – as well as those who prefer to more actively spend their time in the nature. It is to create and promote a positive image of the beautiful historical city located at the foot of picturesque Beskidy Mountains.
The visitors should be convinced that in Bielsko-Biała they can experienced twice as much.
Target Group
One of the target groups of the film are young people, who like spending their time doing sports, walking in the mountains – being close to the nature. The second group is middle aged people and families, who prefer city sightseeing, watching historical architecture or visiting museums and art galleries.
