Synopsis
Artificial intelligence is finding its way into more and more areas of life, and AI tools such as ChatGPT can provide valuable tips and well-founded information. However, they have not (yet?) mastered the typical Austrian humour. Not least because holidays in Austria are all about authentic experiences, the Austrian National Tourist Office is relying on “Authentic Intelligence” – the knowledge and humour of real-life Austrian ski instructors – instead of “Artificial Intelligence”.

Goals of the film
With ChatSkiPT, we generated additional attention for winter in Austria alongside our regular high-reach campaigns. The campaign was developed in co-operation with the agency Wien Nord Serviceplan and Soviso Filmproduktion.
Target Group
The Austrian National Tourist Office (Austria Tourism) addresses “individualistic cosmopolitans.” A digitally sovereign, trend-oriented, pleasure-loving, travel-savvy, cosmopolitan upper class, with an above-average educational level, aged 30-55, who are interested in diversity and the finer things in life, and are also looking for new experiences beyond mass
