We want people to be attracted to Hida Takayama’s sake, to visit us, and to taste it.
Sake made with Hida’s rice and water, and in its climate, is just like tasting Hida. We interviewed all seven breweries in Hida Takayama in January and February, in the middle of winter, and created a video that condenses the thoughts of the brewers.
