Luís Octávio Costa was born in Viana do Castelo and has been a journalist for Público since 1998. He was the founder and editor of P3 and now explores Portugal and the world working for Fugas magazine. On Instagram, where he lives since 2011, he goes by Kitato. For some years now, he has spend his time telling stories linked to nature and the land, the territory and the people who in some way shape it.
