Daniel Marques is an instructor and consultant with a degree in tourism, who began his relationship with sustainable tourism in Germany in 2015, as a collaborator of Klimahaus Bremerhaven 8º Ost. Over the years, he has pursued multiple training courses and professional experiences with educational and business entities linked to tourism. His work focuses on the UN's 2030 Agenda, with its respective alignment with European and national agendas. It includes the analysis of existing processes, the implementation of improvement actions and the training of employees, focusing on teams and their daily operations.
Embracing sustainability as a whole, he frequently participates in actions to share "best practices" among municipal institutions, private companies and local communities to enable and promote truly sustainable development, based on collaborative governance.
