This film is a record of a project that a classic ryokan has renovated into a manor hotel, ryugon. The hotel has been designed to feel the culture of the snow country in various scenes. An architect, a landscape designer, and a furniture designer have told their design concept. While the project went on, the season changed from autumn to next summer. We can see the changing of the seasons with the seasonal scenic beauty around the hotel. And we can also see the sophisticated ambiance of this hotel. Then the renovation project is over. Finally, the designers’ vision has handed over to hotel staff and tourists.
