This year’s competition counted 113 Gold Awards, 126 Silver Awards, 113 Bronze Awards, and 275 Finalists, including content from around the globe in primetime entertainment, documentaries, investigative journalism, sports coverage, promos, streaming media, and brand image films. All entries were judged by the NYF’s TV & Film Awards Grand Jury, composed of 200+ creative media professionals.

In 1990, the New York Festivals® TV & Film Awards became an official member of the International Committee of Tourism Film Festivals (CIFFT), thus integrating the CIFFT Circuit, the biggest competition for tourism videos worldwide.

Therefore, award-winners and finalists of the NYF’s TV & Film Awards’ Tourism Category gained direct access to the CIFFT Ranking List, which will define at the end of the year the World’s Best Tourism Films in five thematic categories: Tourism Destination Cities, Regions, and Countries, Tourism Products and Tourism Services.

The membership reinforces the creative and technical potential of videos produced for tourism destinations, products, and services that have occupied a prominent position in the global advertising scene.
